As from 1st January 2012 an obligatory system is being introduced in Germany to provide restaurant guests with more transparency when they visit a restaurant. Along with up to date food control information, a coloured scale system rather like traffic lights is to be prominently displayed at the entrance to all restaurants. The system is as follows:
Green: minimal to no shortcomings
Yellow: average shortcomings
Red: serious shortcomings
What do you think? We would be interested to hear your opinion.
